Refund Policy

1. Credits and Purchases

Purchases on Moan AI are generally for virtual credits used to access generation features. Credits are consumed when you use the Service (e.g. per generation).

2. Eligibility for Refunds

We may consider refunds in the following cases:

Duplicate or erroneous charge (e.g. charged twice for the same transaction)
Service failure that prevented you from using purchased credits (e.g. prolonged outage)
Other exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion

Refunds are not guaranteed. Used credits are generally non-refundable.

Example

If you purchase 100 credits and use even 1 credit, the remaining 99 credits are not eligible for a refund. Please make sure you want to use our Service before consuming any credits.

3. How to Request a Refund

Contact us through the support page with your account email, transaction date, and a short description of the issue. We will review your request and respond within a reasonable time.

4. Processing

If a refund is approved, we will process it to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider (often 5–10 business days).

5. Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback with your payment provider instead of requesting a refund through our support team, your account may be suspended and credits forfeited. We strongly encourage you to contact support first to resolve any billing issues.
